This map is vvvvvvvvvvvvvery useful!!!
11th Oct 2011
Embarked on the journey at 11.00am with the KKKL bus from JB - Melaka.
What came into our mind was, Well, it's Melaka again!
We had lunch at McD and soon boarding the next bus heading to LCCT, KL.
It spent only 2 hours to reach there, it was actually earlier than we thought.
LCCT airport, here we came!
The first time using the web check in and printed the boarding pass via barcode scanner.
I know, we are suagu enough!
Before departing, had dinner at Old Town while waiting for yiting n tql, it was soooooooo expensive!
Departure, very excited! :D
Bye bye Malaysia, I couldn't wait for the journey!
Girls' group photo on the air plane.
The night view of Malaysia from the plane, it is sooooooooo beautiful with the lights everywhere.
Finally, arrived at Phuket International Airport. It was very different with LCCT.
Small but warm.
Met Zhiwei, at the airport, who was actually boarded the morning airplane and had gone around to familiarize the routes there.
And he was really like a local Thai, did a very good job!
It was raining heavily that actually spoilt my mood, I was worried if the following days would be the same weather. We were soaked through although we bought the raincoats.
Targeting restaurant for dinner at Patong, and passed by the HardRock Cafe, which was holding the swimming suit contest, bikini girls were on the stage.
Since it was a rainy night, we could not go to the beach bar, so just simply dined in while we saw lots of fresh seafood displayed outside the restaurant.
And finally, we found that was a Thai-style restaurant by Arabic = =
But we were toooooo hungry to change again!
Reached our hotel at around 2am, By The Sea Phuket Resorts.
It was far faraway from Patong and airport, but nobody was not satisfied with the resorts.
We had booked a Deluxe Room and a Superior Room.
The Deluxe Room we stayed consists of two rooms.
The kitchen which you actually can cook something here.
The washroom is very clean, there was another washroom with bathtub in the master room.
Our room, got a television, dresser and two wardrobes. It is really big!
All shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even bathrobe are provided!
You just need to bring the clothes to stay there.
The sofa at the living room.
Whole living room. It is really very big enough to accommodate 10++ people.
But the tourists stayed in the hotel are actually very few, that's why we could not secretly squeezed in one room.
We paid RM 100 per night each person, but it is really worth the price as it is very comfortable!
12th Oct 2011
As Yiting din realize about the time difference between M'sia and Phuket is actually one hour, she woke up in the early morning and came to the room to wake us up.
The view from balcony, it is obvious that our room is facing the sea.
And the weather was vvvvvvvery nice that cheers me and thengying up!!!!
Get prepared and soon after we had breakfast, heading to Chalong Bay for day trip to Koh Phi Phi and Khai Nai Island at 8.30am.
Are you ready?!
The speedboat 39 was waiting for us, so come on let's go!!! :D
Mossy, in white shirt, is our travel guide! And Sonia's tea in the middle.
The right one wearing the black sunglasses was the fake assistant travel guide.
Very gorgeous girl on the speedboat!!! We thought to help them take a photo but then only realized they were not couple... lol
Sunshine!!! The first time I love the big and hot sun!!!
The waves were really big and splashing when the speedboat rid on it.
We were just like sitting at the roller coaster, it was really fun and we kept shouting!
Finally after 45 mins, we reached the first destination ----- Maya Bay!
So many tourists on the beach, can you see?
The scene was so beautiful!!! The sands are white, the water is green and the sky is blue!
It is just perfect!
I love this, but Michelle was not here!!!! :(
Sunshine girls, Poster :D
Big big love with Michelle ♥
Best photo with Zhiwei :)
Sunshine everywhere ♥
Footprint on Maya Bay, aQiya was here 12.10.11 :)
Leaving Maya Bay, how limpid the water is! Owhhhh I love Phuket!!!
Private boat, so romantic!
Goodbye Maya Bay :)
Our speedboat passed by the Viking Cave which produces the bird nest.
And also the Monkeys Beach, they gave us the banana to feed the monkeys, and Sonia got it!
Although we were scared, but it was really quite fun as the monkeys wont jump to the boat...
And finally we knew that monkeys can swim, monkey style?! lol
Went for snorkeling near Koh Phi Phi.
First I can't get used to it as we had to breathe through mouth.
But after a while, it is quite easy and we can swim here and there to see the fishes.
It is safe as we were wearing the life jacket, but only few fishes.
We had our lunch at Koh Phi Phi.
Wow, they started the lunch already!
It was sooooooo many for us, we 7 persons sit together.
It was considered okay for the food, but very full and satisfied after snorkeling.
The middle one is white tomyam, not really special or delicious, but acceptable.
There are some shops which you can shop around.
But the souvenir sold there is very expensive!
Group photo at Koh Phi Phi after Thengying get changed!
Bye bye Koh Phi Phi :)
See, the wind was getting stronger!!!
Enjoying the strong wind actually! :D
Headed to Khai Nai Island, 45 mins to go there!
Love this picture to the max as it took me efforts to make the balance and finally, to me, it is perfect!
Reached the last destination, Khai Nai Island!!!
I expected much on this island, and it never disappointed me.
Before we reached the island, it was raining and seemed getting heavier.
But it stopped soon after we landed on the beach.
You can see it was actually a cloudy day at the beach!
It is soooooooooo vacation style!
Many colors painted the beach :)
Enjoying the sunbathing. They said need to pay for it, but nobody asked the money from us.
Beach girls, not bitch! haha
Big Big love with Sonia ♥
Ohhhhh hiiiiiii Sunshine!
We love beach ♥♥♥
Sooooooooo many rocks there!
So high to touch the sky!!!
♥
Small me with the big big rocks!
Really a very beautiful beach.
But many rocks in the sea, I almost fell down and my DSLR was gonna died!
Thanks God to give me the best luck during the trip!!!
U thought it was dirty because of the brownish water?
Fishes everywhere, no need snorkeling also can watch them swim around.
See it clearly, it is very clean!!!
Desert at Phuket! LOL
Many dead corals, soooooooo many, it's a pity :(
The other side of Khai Nai Island.
Can you see, the wind actually blew the dark clouds to another island nearby.
It was still in the wet season but we got the best weather.
After 1.5 hour stayed at Khai Nai Island, it was about to go back to the speedboat and end our journey. Who knows, it rained again! This was the n time I felt that we were lucky enough to have sunshine while staying on the beach.
However, this did not mean lots because when the speedboat left the beach, we got the biggest surprise given by the islands!
Biggest and the most beautiful rainbow I've ever seen!!!!! ♥ MAX
It is so touching.... Seriously, I think we were the luckiest tourists to have this!
But since that was raining, I din manage to capture the photo.
That scene will always be in my mind, the view of the big and full rainbow that cover Khai Nai Island.
Thanks God, maybe He really exists.
The journey ended with the souvenir of RM 10.00, it was sold once we arrived at the Chalong Bay again, the photo was taken before we departed.
Although we planned to watch the sunset at the Cape Promthep which is very famous sunset viewpoint in Phuket, we did not have enough time for that.
When we back to the hotel, they were going to swimming, I and Thengying decided to stay at the room.
I pulled the curtain to see the view outside the hotel and saw the sunset from my room unexpectedly!!!
Sooooooooo excited and carried out my camera to shoot the scene.
Very beautiful sunset view at By The Sea Resorts!
I love sunset :)
Again, I felt I was very lucky for this.
They said this one more like sunrise, but it is actually sunset.
It does not matter to be sunrise because what we had planned for the sunrise on the next morning was not implemented.
After bathing, we had our dinner at Treetop Restaurant, which was formerly named as Hill Top Restaurant with nice view, but then moved to another place nearby.
The nice atmosphere with a bit Thai style.
Got a cute dog named C.O. and friendly waitress.
The coconut in Thailand, cool and refreshing!!! hmm...... I want it more!
Dishes portion is quite small, if not drinking the coconut, I know I wont be full.
The night was cool as we went to the Bangla Street located at Patong after dinner.
I wont be exaggerating, but it was really a nightlife town.
The Bangla Street was bustling with noise and excitement.
You can see ladyboys everywhere, angmo, and also many tourists who were curious, like us.
Every bars also got the dancing ladies and there are so many bars!
First I went in with excited feelings as I never seen the spectacular view, it had not only one street with the bars, but also got another operated like a foodcourt.
But soon later I was very bored with that because the workers of every bar kept asking you to go in for tiger shows, ping pong shows, it was quite annoying to me.
I, Michelle and Thengying din watch the Tiger show, the others did.
We just walked along the streets but some of the stalls had closed around 11pm.
Tuk-tuk car! It is the taxi at Phuket.
We met at here at 1am and planned to go back to the hotel for drinking and playing.
But the plan actually failed again because we were all collapsed. Slept all the way going back to the hotel.
I was the first slept and had woken up at 3am.
I thought they were playing and drinking but there was no voices and Thengying was sleeping.
Then only I realized all straightly laid down at the bed once we reached hotel.
So I bathed and back to the bed again.
13th Oct 2011
As I said earlier, nobody managed to get up for the sunrise, I heard no alarms!
So we just woke up naturally and had a very sumptuous breakfast.
And the 9 big bottle beers we bought at the previous night actually became our entertainment on the last day we enjoyed at the hotel to the max!
Most of the games that can be played using poker cards we had played thoroughly.
Drank lots in the morning, we made it so special! lol
Cheers, Phuket!
After checked out the hotel, we went to the Central Festival Shopping Mall.
It is much better shopping mall compared with Jungceylon, I and Sonia bought 4 bags there!
Cheap and nice in quality.
Toilet symbol is cute.
Girls group photos in toilet.
Lunch at Yum Saap which had nice coconut milk shake, Klebang u lose dy!
Then the last destination in Phuket was the very famous shopping mall ----- Jungceylon, Patong.
Again, we came to Patong, and I dun wan to come Patong again when I next visit! lol
Bought a pair of FILA slippers here for only RM 20 with Michelle, although it was actually bigger a bit than my size.
I love FILA so much, affected by the comic, Prince of Tennis.
Then we enjoyed traditional Thai massage in C&N Hotel.
First time tried massage, it was awesome and cost us RM 20! Sabai-sabai (means comfortable).
It was like people helping you doing yoga, keep stretching your elbow, knees, and whole body, also pressing the thumbs, palms and foot.
Sunset at Patong Beach ♥
After that, we had our last feast in Phuket.
For sure, we had to try McD!
BBQ Rib Burger, so special. But the chili sauce in Msia is much more tasty than Thailand.
Finally, gonna said goodbye to Phuket.
Departed from Phuket International Airport and everyone was tired but nobody sleeps.
I was so unwilling to leave there.
But still, we reached LCCT on time.
Thanks AirAsia Promo again.
14th Oct 2011
Waited 7 hours to depart from KL to JB with another flight.
We din sleep and had amused ourselves with poker games again!
Biggest loser for the day ---- Displaying himself on the table of Marrybrown.
And even kissed the old man!!! Yea maybe he really likes it local.
This couple was really unlucky! lol does she look like the Marrybrown Chipmunks?!
And the one set the punishment always, nice butt! hahaha
It reminded me about the M-shape leg.
The Phuket trip had ended with joys and laughters.
Sweet memory with these friends! Koh-pun-ka (Thanks)
Before ended, I would like to share some interludes in Phuket.
When we first booked the car, we din pay any deposit for it but the staff of the car rental company gave a warm welcome to Zhiwei with a big card of his name outside the Airport.
The hotel staffs were very patient, they let us to check in much earlier than the hotel actually does always. Besides, we reached the hotel in the rainy midnight, they still treated us as VIP, and kept us out the rain. The heater of the bathroom was not operated in that midnight, and we called for service, they did come, although it was not repaired, they din show any impatient but felt bad to us, kept saying sorry. Well, I love their attitudes so much.
The people there were very friendly to the tourists, the police always helped us to cross the roads. He blew the whistle to stop the car, it was very warm and I did appreciate! Thanks police!
Phuket is a go-green city, to me, they did the job well. This can be seen in some detailed aspects. For example, the plastic disc plate in McD only given one for each customer, if you wan more chili sauce, you have to refill or ask for more disc plate. Also, they din give any plastic cover for the drinks, unless you requested for that.
i LOVE Phuket.
i LOVE travel.
And thanks for everything, to everyone, that made the trip this fantastic! We made it :)
