I am so tired and full with pain now!!!
Never thought that Taekwando training can be soooooooooooo interesting
as it is just non-stop in my imagination.
Yesterday we woke up at early 6am, it's such a long time I din wake up so early since last jogging.
love the weather, the sky, the air and the frenz with me.
Never take a picture in the campus at this early time, see the swollen eyes.
we are soooooooooooooo excited!
Reached the place (Dataran Ayer Keroh)
We have some warm up and stretching
then comes the physical training.
We have overall 7 tasks to accomplish, Sir have some demonstration for us...
Back-up and Sit-up 15 times for three sets!!!
Step up and down 15 times for three sets
Frog leap three times
Reflex 20 times
And there are also 50m run and lift leg session.
Now starts our mission...
The very first we did was Reflex.
The very tough and hard one following, Sit-up, never thought that sit-up can be like this = =
>180 degree!!!
And the back-up, also >180 degree!
Maybe we can have a trophy after we done this, Sir?
Next comes the easiest one.
Only lift our legs up to touch the wall.
The more easier one, step up and down.
Wow, gymnastic? haha
